Terms of Service Agreement

By accessing or using Analytics Brain AI, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your commercial business entity.

Account administrators registering an organization represent that they hold proper authority to bind the entity, invite workspace members, and grant API permissions to third-party providers.

The platform is authorized strictly for legitimate business intelligence, multi-channel sales analytics, and ad performance analysis. You explicitly agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security controls, or gain unauthorized access to other tenant workspaces.
• Utilize the service for fraudulent activities, unauthorized automated scraping, or unlawful acts.
• Share secret access tokens or encryption parameters with unauthorized third parties.

Analytics Brain AI connects with independent third-party provider APIs (Shopify, Meta, Google). We are not responsible for service interruptions, API deprecations, or policy changes enacted by external platform providers.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and approving any budget adjustments or campaign strategies suggested by automated advisor modules.

Analytics Brain AI makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding specific revenue increases, ad return metrics (ROAS), or business performance outcomes.

Customer organizations retain absolute responsibility for campaign settings, bidding strategies, and ad spend execution across third-party ad networks.

All software, code, interface designs, and trademarks of Analytics Brain AI remain the exclusive property of the Platform. Customers retain full ownership of their synchronized underlying business data.

Each party agrees to preserve the confidentiality of proprietary business metrics and access credentials exchanged during the service subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in security violations or prohibited practices. Users may cancel their account subscription at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analytics Brain AI is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is expressly limited.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve it amicably and in good faith.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Revised terms take effect immediately upon publication to this page.
