Analytics Brain AI provides clear self-service disconnection workflows and managed deletion request options for all connected integration providers.

1. Data Rights Overview

Analytics Brain AI respects user data autonomy and organizational privacy. Customer administrators preserve complete control to disconnect service integrations, invalidate API credentials, and request tenant data purging.

2. Disconnecting Integrations In-App

To disconnect a specific service connector directly within the Analytics Brain AI application:

  1. Sign in to your authorized user account at https://analyticsbrainai.com/auth/login.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard -> Integrations in the left navigation sidebar.
  3. Locate the target service integration card (e.g. Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, Search Console, or Shopify).
  4. Click the Disconnect button on the respective service card.
  5. Confirm the disconnection action in the prompt modal.

Effect: Disconnecting invalidates the local encrypted access record, marks the service status as not_configured, and halts background synchronization.

3. Revoking Provider OAuth Permissions

You can also revoke Analytics Brain AI access directly from your provider account settings:

Google Services (Search Console, GA4, Google Ads):

Navigate to Google Account Security (myaccount.google.com) -> Third-party apps with account access -> Select Analytics Brain AI and click Remove Access.

Meta / Facebook:

Navigate to Facebook / Meta Account Settings -> Security and Logins -> Business Integrations -> Select Analytics Brain AI and click Remove.

Shopify:

Navigate to Shopify Admin -> Apps and sales channels -> Locate Analytics Brain AI and click Uninstall.

TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft, Amazon & Roadmap Connectors:

Once upcoming integrations are implemented and authorized, permissions can be managed directly via respective provider account settings.

4. Requesting Total Account Erasure

To request complete erasure of your organization workspace, user profile, and all historical analytics snapshots, submit an email deletion request to:

Request Submission Guidelines:

  • Send the request from the registered administrator email address associated with the workspace.
  • State the exact organization name and workspace identifier requested for deletion.
Security Verification Rule
Important Security Notice: Our team will NEVER ask for user passwords, encrypted tokens, API secrets, or credit card numbers. Do not include sensitive credentials in email requests.

5. Data Retention & Scrubbing Mechanics

Upon processing a verified organization data deletion request:

  • Encrypted integration credentials in private.integration_credentials are permanently deleted.
  • Service integration rows and synchronized metric snapshots are scrubbed from tenant schemas.
  • Organization records and workspace parameters are purged from active production datastores.
