No. Customers do NOT need to create a Google Cloud project, manage OAuth credentials, or enable APIs themselves. Analytics Brain AI handles all client-side authentication seamlessly.
6. Does connecting Google automatically configure all Google services?
No. Granting Google OAuth authorization establishes account access, but each service (Search Console, GA4, Google Ads) is configured independently by selecting specific target properties.
7. Why can’t I see a Search Console property?
Verify that you authorized the correct Gmail account and that your account is registered as a verified owner or full user of the site property in Search Console.
8. Why can’t I see a GA4 property?
Ensure your authorized Google account holds Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles for the specific GA4 property in Google Analytics Admin.
9. Why can’t I see a Google Ads account?
Verify that your authorized Gmail is linked to the Google Ads Customer ID with sufficient access permissions, and that developer token requirements are satisfied.
10. Does Analytics Brain AI create Google Ads accounts?
No. Analytics Brain AI does NOT create new Google Ads customer accounts. You must connect an existing authorized Google Ads account.
11. Does Analytics Brain AI create GA4 properties?
No. The system connects to pre-existing GA4 properties owned or accessed by your authorized Google account.
12. How do I connect a different Gmail account?
Click Disconnect on the Google integration card, then click Connect Google and choose your alternate Google account during the OAuth login prompt.
13. How do I disconnect one Google service?
Go to Dashboard -> Integrations, locate the specific Google service card (e.g. Google Ads), and click Disconnect. Other Google services will remain active.
14. How do I fully disconnect Google?
Disconnect all Google service cards in the app or revoke Analytics Brain AI from your Google Account Third-Party App Permissions page.
15. What happens to synchronized historical data after disconnect?
Disconnecting invalidates access credentials and halts background sync. Historical metrics remain saved until you explicitly submit a data erasure request.
16. How do I delete my data?
Follow the step-by-step instructions on our public Data Deletion page (https://analyticsbrainai.com/data-deletion) or submit an email request to our privacy contact.

18. Does Analytics Brain AI sell platform data?
Never. Analytics Brain AI does not sell, lease, or commercialize customer metrics or Google API user data to any third party.
19. Are AI recommendations guaranteed?
No. AI recommendations are automated decision support tools. All suggestions require human review; no guaranteed revenue or ROAS increases are promised.
20. Why can an external provider temporarily fail?
External APIs may experience temporary rate limits, maintenance outages, or credential expiration. Our background workers retry failed syncs automatically.
21. How do I contact support?
Visit our Contact Us page (https://analyticsbrainai.com/contact) and send an email to the appropriate dedicated support channel.
22. What information should I never send to support?
