Technical Guidance Hub
This technical documentation hub provides clear operational guidance for workspace administrators and team members.

1. Getting Started Guide

  1. Account Registration: Sign up at https://analyticsbrainai.com/auth/register and verify your email address.
  2. Organization Setup: Create an organization workspace or accept an invitation to join an existing organization.
  3. Access Integrations: Navigate to Dashboard -> Integrations to manage provider connectors.

2. Connecting Shopify

Connecting a Shopify store requires authorized merchant admin access:

  • Click Connect Shopify on the Shopify integration card.
  • Enter your store domain and approve the requested read-only app scopes.
  • Store revenue, order volume, line items, and product velocity will begin syncing.

3. Connecting Meta Ads

Connecting Meta Ads requires a Facebook account with admin access to ad accounts:

  • Click Connect Meta and complete the Facebook OAuth authorization flow.
  • Select your target Ad Account ID from the accessible ad account options.
  • Ad spend, campaign structures, and creative metrics will begin background sync.

4. Connecting Google Services

Google Integration Architecture Rules:

  • Single OAuth Login: Authorizing your Google Account covers Search Console, GA4, and Google Ads.
  • Independent Resource Selection: Select your target Search Console property, GA4 property, and Google Ads customer account individually.
  • When No Resources Exist: If the authorized Google Account has no accessible properties, the UI will display a resource missing warning.
  • No Google Cloud Setup Needed: Customers do NOT need to configure Google Cloud Console, enable APIs, or create credentials.
  • Pre-Existing Property Ownership: Resources must already exist in your Google account; Analytics Brain AI does not create new GA4 or Ads accounts.

5. Integration Status Definitions

Authorized Google AccountGoogle OAuth token granted; waiting for resource selection.
Service Not ConfiguredService is not yet assigned to a specific resource ID.
ConfiguredResource target selected and verified for background sync.
SyncingBackground synchronization process actively fetching metrics.
SyncedData updated successfully; metrics rendered on dashboard.
ErrorSync attempt encountered a temporary or API error.
Permission MissingUser account lacks required scope or property access role.
Reauthorization RequiredToken expired or revoked; reconnect required.
DisconnectedService record invalidated and background sync halted.

6. Data Synchronization Mechanics

Background synchronization processes execute asynchronously to update metrics. Background workers respect provider rate limits; temporary provider errors trigger automatic backoff retries.

7. Disconnecting & Revocation

You can disconnect individual services (e.g. disconnecting Google Ads while keeping GA4 active) or revoke total account authorization. For full details on scrubbing data, view our Data Deletion page.

9. Troubleshooting Guide

Property / Account Not Visible:

Ensure you selected the correct Gmail account during OAuth authorization and that the account possesses required read permissions.

Expired Authorization Token:

Click Reconnect on the service card to re-authenticate and issue a fresh access token.
